Returns & Refund

Returns on Boggi Milano are free and simple to make.

If you need to send an item back, you can return it in any nearby Boggi Milano store OR simply register your return online within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you have raised a return request online, the next step will be to handover the item for return to the last mile once they come for collection. As part of our policy, all returns from Egypt are free of charge. Please note, delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded in case of return. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted, so please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all Boggi Milano packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes are not eligible for return. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service team via webchat or Whatsapp .

For registering return online, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign into your web account and select the order you would like to return.
  2. Select 'Create a return' .
  3. Tick ​​the product(s) you wish to return and select the reason, then click 'Next step' .
  4. Review your return before completing, canceling or amending it.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and click 'Next step' .
  6. You will receive a returns case number and email confirmation.
  7. Arrange collection by calling our Customer Service team.
  8. Tick ​​the items you wish to return on both returns notes.
  9. Pack products in original packaging with the returns note inside.
  10. Hand the second note returns to the courier in exchange for proof of pick-up.
  11. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by coupon only.

  7. Hand the second note returns to the courier in exchange for proof of pick-up.
  8. Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days , depending on your bank's policies. COD orders will be refunded by coupon only.

Product Policy

All items returned to Boggi Milano must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure all Boggi Milano packaging, dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes are returned. Shoes must be returned without marks to the sole or shoe box.

We ensure all products leave our Boggi Milano warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact Customer Service immediately.

For technology products:

  • Products must be sealed and in original condition to be eligible for return.
  • Defective products are subject to after service repairs (10–21 business days).
  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
